At d'Annam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottles remain secure during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
